What size storage unit do I need?
As a rough guide: a locker suits boxes and small items, a 50–80 sq ft room fits a studio or one-bedroom home, and a 120–200 sq ft unit holds a 2–3 bedroom villa. Our team can recommend a size based on your inventory — send us a list or photos on WhatsApp and we'll size it for you.
Are there long-term contracts?
No. Storage is billed monthly with no long-term lock-in. Stay for a month or a year, and scale your unit up or down as your needs change.
Is my stuff secure?
Every facility has CCTV monitoring, controlled access and on-site staff. Climate-controlled units protect sensitive items from Dubai's heat and humidity. Insurance options are available.
Do you offer collection and delivery?
Yes. We can collect your items, transport them to your unit, and deliver them back when you need them — anywhere in Dubai.
When can I access my storage?
We offer flexible access arranged around your schedule — just let us know when you need to visit. Our office is open Monday to Saturday, 9:00–18:00, and you can reach us any time on WhatsApp.
