How long does an international move take?
Sea freight typically runs several weeks door to door depending on the destination and whether you take a full or shared container; air freight is usually days. We give you a realistic window at survey stage rather than a best case.
Should I ship by sea or by air?
Sea freight is the cheaper option for a household and suits most moves. Air freight costs considerably more and makes sense for small volumes or when you need your things quickly. We will tell you which is the better value for your shipment.
Do you handle customs paperwork?
Yes. We prepare the export documentation and inventory from Dubai and coordinate clearance at the destination through our partner network. Duties and taxes charged by the destination country remain payable by you.
Can you store my things before shipping?
Yes — this is one reason people use us. We can hold your shipment at our Dubai facility before departure or after arrival, so a gap between your lease ending and your new home being ready is not a problem.
