These Terms of Service govern your use of the Stackr website and services in the United Arab Emirates. By requesting a quote or booking a service you accept these terms.
Use of our services
By requesting a quote or booking a service, you agree to provide accurate information and to use our services lawfully. Prohibited items — including hazardous, flammable, perishable or illegal goods — may not be moved or stored with Stackr.
Quotes & pricing
“From” prices shown on this website are indicative. A binding quote is provided after we assess your specific requirements, and is valid for the period stated on the quote. Storage is billed monthly in advance.
Storage agreements
Storage is provided under a monthly agreement with no long-term lock-in. Access to storage facilities is arranged flexibly by appointment, subject to facility rules. Items left unpaid may be subject to lien and disposal procedures as permitted by UAE law and set out in your storage agreement.
Liability & insurance
Our liability is limited as set out in your service agreement. Basic handling protection is included; additional insurance options are available for stored and transported items and must be arranged before your move or storage start date.
